Motivational Gathering by Captain Richu Mathew Raj,  18^th Battalion of the mechanised  Infantry Regiment, Indian Army. He is the Alumni of the Officers Training Academy, Goa and Cadets Training Wing, Mceme, Secunderabad.

He tried to convey his thoughts on the life of an army official through a presentation. He also explained about the procedures of getting into a training academy for aspiring army men. He told students about the various treatment, and facilities they get and especially the respect and social status. He also inaugurated a friendly cricket match for the students.
