It was an enthralling experience for Sehwagians to meet left handed opening batsman of Indian cricket team SHIKHAR DHAWAN today at Sehwag International School. Virender Sehwag (the founder of the school & former cricketer) and Dhirendra Singh Sir, the principal, were present to give a warm welcome to the star cricketer.
After this, a minute of silence was observed to pay tribute to the CRPF Jawans who lost their lives yesterday in a terrorist attack in Pulwama(J&K).‬
The students had a chance to interact with Shikhar Dhawan and asked a few questions regarding his school life, role models, his stream and passion. Also, there was a class group photo session with the two famous cricketers.
In the end, Virender Sehwag gave a vote of thanks and encouraged the students to keep up the good work. It was indeed a memorable day for Sehwagians
